This policy explains how K-Food Sourcing by Factory Search (“we”) handles information submitted through this website.

What we collect

When you submit a sourcing request we collect the details you enter: company, name, email, phone, country and your project information. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

How we use it

To review your request, contact you, and share the project details with Korean manufacturers that may be able to supply you. If you ask us to keep your company confidential, we share only product and project details without your company name and contact information.

Retention

We keep request records for as long as needed to handle your project and for our business records, and delete them on request where we are not legally required to keep them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing contact@factoryserach.co.kr.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare and request notifications are delivered by an email service provider. They process data on our behalf.
