Is there a fee to submit a request?
No. Submitting a sourcing request is free. If you proceed with a project we agree on a service fee or commission before any work that costs money.
Do you sell products yourself?
We are a sourcing and coordination desk. Contracts and invoices are normally issued by the manufacturer or by an exporter we arrange, depending on the project.
What is the typical MOQ?
It depends on the product and especially on packaging. Using stock packaging with a sticker label usually allows smaller first orders than custom-printed packaging.
Can you ship to my country?
Korean factories export worldwide. The key questions are your country’s import rules for the product and whether you have an importer of record. We help prepare the information they need.
Which language will I work in?
English. We handle all communication with Korean factories in Korean.
